Review: The Tumbling Turner Sisters

The Tumbling Turner Sisters The Tumbling Turner Sisters by Juliette Fay
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Follows the Turner family in their time in Vaudeville performances after their fathers hurts his hand badly and can no longer work. Four sisters travel with the theatre and perform in a time that racism and sexism are rampant, WWI is going on with many dying, and the Spanish Flu is killing off many others. The sisters learn to make their way in spite of their mother and her issues.
