Thirty Minutes Over Oregon: A Japanese Pilot's World War II Story by Marc Tyler Nobleman
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
Great nonfiction book about the only Japanese bombing ever done on the continental US, but was unknown to me, never taught in school history class, etc. I feel this is an important, if small, event in the history of the US and should be remembered. Interesting how this small town welcomed their "bomber" back to their town years later in a show of forgiveness and reconciliation.
