Watch Your Tongue, Cecily Beasley by Lane Fredrickson
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
Book about manners. Cecily is very rude. One day she is warned if she keeps sticking her tongue out, it'll freeze. And it does. Then a bird builds a nest on it and lays eggs. The dr. says she has to wait it out. She does, and the eggs hatch. The baby birds stick their tongues out at her, which makes Cecily realize how bad she has been. She apologizes after the birds fly away and becomes very polite.
