Little Polar Bear Takes a Stand by Hans de Beer
My rating: 4 of 5 stars
A polar bear, a tern, and a seal are worried. Their bay full of fish is not full of fish, and ships are passing by all the time, scaring the fish. So they go to the radio station and destroy it with lots of birds help. Then they go to the buoy, figure out how to open it and with lots of seals help, pull it under water so the buoy fills up and sinks. The ships leave and all the fish return. The three new friends meet together to fish after that.
Not sure I condone the destroying property part of the story but I do support standing up for your rights and not allowing your home to be taken over by invaders.
